Our Doctor
Dr. Yoon, DMD, MS
Dr. Yoon is a periodontist and dental implant specialist, who completed a three year residency program in Periodontics and Implantology from the Oregon Health & Science University. Additionally, Dr. Yoon was the only resident in the class to simultaneously earn a Master of Science (M.S.) in Periodontology. Dr. Yoon received the Doctor of Dental Medicine (D.M.D.) degree from the Medical College of Georgia.
He is also a leader in periodontology, with work published in the Journal of Periodontology, the International Endodontic Journal, and Biomaterials. Dr. Yoon is also a Clinical Assistant Professor for the post-doctoral residents in the Department of Periodontics at Augusta University. Dr. Yoon's hobbies include hiking, working out, and trying new restaurants. Additionally, Dr. Yoon also loves taking care of and spending time with family and friends.
